    5. No minimum spend is required to obtain the 50% Cashback.
    6. The total Cash Back allocation for this campaign is capped at RM50,000 for the entire duration of the Campaign Period.

    1. All TrueMoney E-wallet users over the age of 18 (Not eligible for True Money staff)
  3. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
    1. Users will need to choose Transfer and choose the recipient name through their contact list or by entering the recipient’s phone number.
    2. Users will earn 1 entry once the money has been successfully transferred to the recipient’s account.
    3. Users will only earn 1 entry per unique recipient.
    4. The winners will be selected by random draw from the total number of entries accumulated as a whole from all users during the Campaign Period.
    5. The winners will be announced on TM ‘s website and/or social media channels.
    6. The winners will be contacted via email/phone call
    7. Winners will be required to provide their email address in the True Money app, upgrade their eWallet account, provide proof of identification, contact details and any other relevant details to TM for the prize delivery arrangement.
    8. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners do not respond to the email sent by TM within SEVEN (7) days from the day the email was sent.
  4. Each winner is only entitled to ONE (1) Prize. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

  6. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the contest.
Other Terms and Conditions
  1. Each Eligible User is only entitled to win ONE (1) prize.
  2. TrueMoney reserves the rights to substitute any of the prizes listed in the above table with any other prize of equivalent value.
  3. By participating in this Campaign, all users,
    1. consent for TM to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this campaign and as required by TrueMoney’s Privacy Policy;
    2. consent for TM to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
    3. grant TM the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation.
  4. TrueMoney will not be responsible for any disputes or claims that arise from user’s failure to receive winners’ notification call or email from TrueMoney, due to user’s fault/negligence, including, but not limited to, wrong email address registered with their TrueMoney E-Wallet which includes shared email addresses.
  5. Winners who fail to acknowledge the notification by the required period; unable to adhere to this Campaign’s terms and conditions; and forfeits or does not claim the prize, the prize(s) will be void.
  6. TrueMoney’s decision regarding the selection of the winners, shall be final and binding on all participants of this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TrueMoney’s decision on the same.
  7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, TrueMoney reserves the right to amend any of the Campaign Terms & Conditions regarding the winner selection, announcement and prizes fulfillment at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect on the winners in order to avoid undue disappointment.

  3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between this Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order
