    2. New users are required to download the TrueMoney Malaysia app and input the KOL/Promo Code of ‘TRUERM5’ on the registration page.
    3. New users who apply the KOL/Promo Code must complete the account verification (e-KYC) process within 48 hours via the TrueMoney Wallet to receive an instant RM5 credit reward in their account.
    4. The redemption of RM5 TrueMoney credit is only applicable to the first 1,000 new users that complete the account verification process, subject to a first come first served basis 
    5. The Cashback will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the transaction. Customers will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the RM5 being credited into their TrueMoney app.

Q&A

Q : How do I claim the RM5 TrueMoney credit?
A : This is only applicable for new user registration, you are required to key in ‘TRUERM5’ in the ‘Promo/KOL Code’ field on the registration page and perform account verification in order to receive the credit.

Q : Why did I not receive the RM5 TrueMoney credit after I registered and verified my account?
A : This may be due to the ‘TRUERM5’ code being not properly filled during registration or the RM5 credit has been fully claimed by the first 1,000 new users that completed their account verification process.

Eligibility

  1. Eligibility is as per below:
    1. All True Money users
    2. Must be over the age of 18
    3. TrueMoney Account must be upgraded by completing eKYC
    4. Customers who purchase Allianz policy for third parties will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign. The purchase should only be done for the customer.

Campaign Mechanism

  1. TrueMoney e-Wallet users who purchase any of Allianz products through TrueMoney eWallet app during the Campaign period will be entitled for 5% of gross written premium cashback.
  2. Eligible Allianz products are Motor Private Car Comprehensive, Allianz Motorcycle
    Plus, Allianz Travel Care, Allianz Shield Plus and Allianz Lifestyle Protect.
  3. The Campaign is strictly for purchase via the TrueMoney Wallet as set out in Clause 7 above. For the avoidance of doubt, TrueMoney eWallet users who purchase the Allianz products via offline or any other channels other than the TrueMoney eWallet will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  4. Customers must ensure that their registered phone number is the same on both the TrueMoney Wallet and the Allianz product purchased details.
  5. Eligible customer will be notified via TrueMoney in-app notification.
  6. The 5% cashback of gross written premium will be credited to customer’s TrueMoney eWallet account within 7 working days after the Allianz product successful purchase.
  7. This Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
  8. True Money only confirms the applicability of The Campaign Mechanics. All other product related Terms and Conditions would be governed by Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, users (TrueMoney Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
  3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign  Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
  4. TrueMoney reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

    4RM1 will be automatically credited into Referrer’s TrueMoney eWallet once the referee has completed the account upgrade / verification process.
