Terms and Conditions
- This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, Customers (TrueMoney Wallet Malaysia application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with TrueMoney’s Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as TrueMoney’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
- Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) TrueMoney Terms of Services.
- TrueMoney reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the Customer has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

- The Cashback will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the transaction. Customers will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the Cashback being credited into their TrueMoney app.
- Minimum purchase of RM150 is required to enjoy this promotion.
- This campaign is NOT applicable to any spending through DuitNow QR.
- Campaign applies ONLY to TrueMoney members who have completed eKYC via National Identity card (IC) or passport verification on the TrueMoney app.
- At the time of transaction, users MUST also be verified, existing Lotus’s members to qualify for the campaign, before the campaign dates.
- Campaign is valid until specified end date or until campaign budget has been fully redeemed, whichever comes first.
