Terms and Conditions

1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, Customers (True Money Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services , The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
4. True Money reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the Customer has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above. 

Campaign Terms and Conditions

The contest runs on 1 June 2023 – 16th July 2023 (11:59 PM). The cut off time is based on our system’s time. After this date, no further entries will be entertained.

1. Eligibility is as per below:
   
   1. All TrueMoney E-wallet users over the age of 18 (Not eligible for True Money staff`)
2. To participate in this contest, all participants need to do the following actions:
   
   1. Like & Follow our official TrueMoney Malaysia Facebook and Instagram account.
   2. Share the most creative photo you have with your parents & post it on your Facebook feed OR Instagram profile and tell us why you want to win this special gift for your parents! Make sure your post is set to public.
   3. Tag us @truemoneymalaysia & include #TrueMoneyGiveaway in your post.
   4. Fill in and submit the TrueMoney Parent’s Day Photo Contest form.
3. The winners will be selected based on the most creative photos submitted during the Campaign Period.
4. Winners announcement will be made through True Money Malaysia’s Facebook page within 2-3 weeks after the campaign ends.
5. The winners will have to contact TrueMoney via direct message.
6. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners do not direct message TrueMoney Malaysia’s social media account after winners have been announced.
7. Each winner is only entitled to ONE (1) Prize. Multiple entries will be ignored.
8. Participants stand to win the below prizes:
   • 10 winner’s x RM200 Roomcard Gift Card
9. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the contest.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. TrueMoney reserves the rights to substitute any of the prizes listed in the above table with any other prize of equivalent value.
2. By participating in this Campaign, all users,
   • consent for TM to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this campaign and as required by TrueMoney’s Privacy Policy;
   • consent for TM to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
   • grant TM the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation.
3. TrueMoney will not be responsible for any disputes or claims that arise from user’s failure to receive winners’ notification call or email from TrueMoney, due to user’s fault/negligence, including, but not limited to, wrong email address registered with their TrueMoney E-Wallet which includes shared email addresses.
4. Winners who fail to acknowledge the notification by the required period; unable to adhere to this Campaign’s terms and conditions; and forfeits or does not claim the prize, the prize(s) will be void.
5. TrueMoney’s decision regarding the selection of the winners, shall be final and binding on all participants of this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TrueMoney’s decision on the same.
6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, TrueMoney reserves the right to amend any of the Campaign Terms & Conditions regarding the winner selection, announcement and prizes fulfillment at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect on the winners in order to avoid undue disappointment.
