TrueMoney will not be responsible for any disputes or claims that arise from user’s failure to receive winners’ notification call or email from TrueMoney, due to user’s fault/negligence, including, but not limited to, wrong email address registered with their TrueMoney E-Wallet which includes shared email addresses.
  5. Winners who fail to acknowledge the notification by the required period; unable to adhere to this Campaign’s terms and conditions; and forfeits or does not claim the prize, the prize(s) will be void.
  6. TrueMoney’s decision regarding the selection of the winners, shall be final and binding on all participants of this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TrueMoney’s decision on the same.
  7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, TrueMoney reserves the right to amend any of the Campaign Terms & Conditions regarding the winner selection, announcement and prizes fulfillment at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect on the winners in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  8. Any dispute or non-receipt of the prize shall be submitted latest by the 15th day of the Calendar Month during the Campaign Period and True Money Malaysia has the right to reject any submission of a dispute after this date.
