1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, users (TrueMoney Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign  Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
4. TrueMoney reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period is between 01 January 2024 till 31 December 2024
2. Eligibility is as per below:
   
   1. All TrueMoney E-wallet users
   2. Must be over the age of 18
3. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
   
   1. Users would be entitled for RM1 referral reward for each successful referral.
   2. A successful referral is defined as below:

   1	Referee downloads the application from Apple Store or Google Store
   2	Referee must ensure referral code is inputted during registration under Referral Code field
   3	Referee must upgrade the account after registration (e-KYC) in order for the referrer to receive the referral reward.
   4	RM1 will be automatically credited into Referrer’s TrueMoney eWallet once the referee has completed the account upgrade / verification process.

1. The Clean it Right with GrabMaid & TrueMoney Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd (“TrueMoney”). By participating in this Campaign, Customers (True Money Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Terms and Conditions of the campaign shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services, True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement and any other Terms and Conditions imposed by Grab Maid Tech Sdn. Bhd.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit any of the special offers for this Campaign if the Customer has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above

Campaign Mechanism

7. TrueMoney Wallet users who purchase selected GrabMaid products through TrueMoney Wallet with the allocated promotion codes during the Campaign period will be entitled for:
   
   1. 8% OFF Instant Rebate on Basic Cleaning (House Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Spring Cleaning or Airbnb Cleaning)
   2. Enjoy 10% OFF Instant Rebate on Post Reno Cleaning or Move In-Out Cleaning
8. Each user is entitled to utilize EACH promo code only ONCE and enjoy a discount on the aforementioned GrabMaid products.
9. The Campaign is only valid for purchases made through GrabMaid’s web-link available on the TrueMoney Wallet. For the avoidance of doubt, TrueMoney Wallet users who purchase GrabMaid’s services via any other channels will not be eligible to enjoy this Campaign.
10. This Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.

1. Users will earn 1 entry ticket per RM10 spent using True Money E-Wallet based on total accumulated expenditure within the campaign period for all services except for P2P/TrueGift transfer.
2. The winners will be announced on TM‘s website and/or social media channels.
3. The winners will be contacted via email/phone call.
4. Winners will be required to provide their email address in the TrueMoney app, upgrade their eWallet account, provide proof of identification, contact details and any other relevant details to TM for the prize delivery arrangement.
5. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners do not respond to the email sent by TM within SEVEN (7) days from the day the email was sent.

• Each TrueMoney Wallet user is only entitled to win ONE (1) prize throughout the entire campaign period.
• TrueMoney reserves the rights to substitute any of the prizes listed in the above table with any other prize of equivalent value.
• By participating in this Campaign, all users,
  • consent for TM to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this campaign and as required by TrueMoney’s Privacy Policy;
  • consent for TM to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
  • grant TM the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation.
• TrueMoney will not be responsible for any disputes or claims that arise from Customer’s failure to receive winners’ notification call or email from TrueMoney, due to Customer’s fault/negligence, including, but not limited to, wrong email address registered with their TrueMoney E-Wallet which includes shared email addresses.
• Winners who fail to acknowledge the notification by the required period; unable to adhere to this Campaign’s terms and conditions; and forfeits or does not claim the prize, the prize(s) will be void.
• TrueMoney’s decision regarding the selection of the winners, shall be final and binding on all participants of this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TrueMoney’s decision on the same.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, TrueMoney reserves the right to amend any of the Campaign Terms & Conditions regarding the winner selection, announcement and prizes fulfilment at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect on the winners in order to avoid undue disappointment.
• Any dispute or non-receipt of the prize shall be submitted latest by 31 Jan 2024 and True Money Malaysia has the right to reject any submission of a dispute after 31 Jan 2024.
