Terms and Conditions

  1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, users (TrueMoney Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services , The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
  3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
  4. True Money reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

  3. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
    1. The Cashback will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the transaction. Customers will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the Cashback being credited into their TrueMoney app.​​
    2. A minimum spend of RM80 is required to earn the Cashback​.
    3. Each TrueMoney user is eligible for only ONE (1) cashback entitlement per calendar month.
