Terms and Conditions
  1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, users (TrueMoney Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
  3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
  4. True Money reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above. 

Campaign Terms and Conditions.

  1. Campaign Period is between 1 November 2025 till 31 December 2025
  2. Eligibility is as per below:
    1. All TrueMoney E-wallet users
    2. Must be over the age of 18
  3. Tiered cashback will be given instantly each time a Spend Milestone is achieved in a calendar month during the campaign period, as shown in the table below:

    • Any spending via TrueMoney Wallet except for Lotus’s, DuitNow QR, game credit top up, Allianz Insurance, Truely, International Remittance, money transfer, and TrueGift.
    • Eligible users are limited to only ONE (1) time redemption of each Spend Milestone reward per user per calendar month.
    • The total cashback a user can earn is up to RM60 per calendar month.
    • The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign.

    RM35 cashback
  4. Cashback and the eligibility spend will be refreshed on a monthly basis during the campaign period, which is November and December 2025.
