  1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, users (TrueMoney Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
  3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
  4. TrueMoney reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above. 

Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. Campaign Period: 27 August 2025 – 24 September 2025
  2. Eligibility is as per below:
    1. New TrueMoney E-wallet users over the age of 18
  3. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
    1. Only for Lotus’s staff signing up as new TrueMoney users.
    2. New users are required to download the TrueMoney Malaysia app and input the KOL/Promo Code of ‘NEWLS6’ on the registration page.
    3. New users who apply the KOL/Promo Code must complete the account verification (e-KYC) process within 48 hours via the TrueMoney Wallet to receive the RM6 credit reward in their account.
    4. The Cashback will be credited to each user no more than 48 hours after completion of eKYC. Users will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the RM6 being credited into their TrueMoney app.

Q : How do I claim the RM6 TrueMoney credit?
A : This is only applicable for new user registration, you are required to key in ‘NEWLS6’ in the ‘Promo/KOL Code’ field on the registration page and perform account verification in order to receive the credit.

Q : Why did I not receive the RM6 TrueMoney credit after I registered and verified my account?
A : This may be due to the ‘NEWLS6’ code being not properly filled during registration.

Q: How do I perform the account verification?
A: Go to the ‘Account’ page in TrueMoney Wallet, and proceed with the account verification process from the bar on top.
