Terms and Conditions

1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, Customers (True Money Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. This Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services ,The Campaign Terms and Conditions and True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between this Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order
   (i) This Terms and Conditions;
   (ii)The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and
   (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
4. True Money reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers for this Campaign if the Customer has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign period is between 20th February 2023 – 15th April 2023
2. eVouchers will expire on 10th February 2024
3. To redeem the eVoucher, please present your eVoucher to the cashier at the time of purchase with a minimum spend of RM15
4. eVouchers purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable
5. eVouchers (including but not limited to any discounts provided by the eVoucher) is valid only up to the expiry date stated on the eVoucher
6. All payments must be made via TrueMoney Wallet
7. eVouchers must be redeemed via the same e-wallet account with the same cell phone number.
8. eVoucher can be used as cash to buy merchandise at any Lotus’s stores in Malaysia
9. eVoucher is non-exchangeable nor refundable (i.e. not returnable for cash or new voucher)
10. No change will be given if the purchase value is less than the value of the eVoucher
11. eVoucher is valid for one redemption only
12. eVoucher is not valid at the Food Court or any outlets not operated by Lotus’s Malaysia
13. Lotus’s Malaysia and True Money will not entertain any claims for defaced, damaged or lost eVouchers
14. Lotus’s Malaysia and True Money reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice
