1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, Customers (True Money Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
4. True Money reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the Customer has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period is between 16th February 2026 till 1st March 2026 (11:59 PM). After this date & time, no further entries will be entertained.
2. Eligibility is as per below:
   1. This Campaign is open to all Malaysians and non-Malaysian residing in Malaysia ONLY and who are above the age of 18 years old. Entries from those under 18 years of age will be disqualified.
   2. Employees of True Money Malaysia are not eligible to participate in the contest.
   3. Campaign entries will be accepted via Instagram only.

4. Participants will be entitled based on the answer given and THREE (3) legitimate friend profiles being tagged in the comment. A total of EIGHT (8) winners with eligible answers will be selected randomly from the platform.
5. Each participant is eligible to win once and ONE (1) prize only across the platform. Duplicate winners will not be entitled.
6. Each participant is permitted only ONE (1) comment on the platform’s giveaway post. Any additional comments in the platform will be disregarded.
7. Winners will be announced on TrueMoney Malaysia’s official Instagram on 4th March 2026.

9. Winners must contact True Money Malaysia within SEVEN (7) working days after the announcement post.
   1. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prizes.
   2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving prior notice.
   3. Winners must have downloaded & registered as TrueMoney Wallet users and have completed the eKYC process in order to redeem the prize entitled.
10. All prizes will be credited directly to the winners’ registered TrueMoney Wallet number within fourteen (14) working days after the winners provide their details.
11. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win the contest.
12. Acceptance of prizes offered constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and picture and/or likeness for advertising/ trade purposes without further notice or compensation unless prohibited by law. Non-compliance may result in an alternative winner being chosen.
13. True Money Malaysia’s decision regarding the selection of the winners shall be final and binding on all participants of this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TrueMoney’s decision on the same.
14. True Money Malaysia reserves the right, at any time to add, delete or amend the Terms & Conditions herein or change or modify any respect of this Campaign, in whole or in part anytime and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to any participant or any other party.
