1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, Customers (TrueMoney Wallet Malaysia application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with TrueMoney’s Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as TrueMoney’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) TrueMoney Terms of Services.
4. TrueMoney reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the Customer has breached any of the Terms and Conditions of the campaign 

Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period is mentioned in the Table in 3(g) below.
2. Eligibility is open to all registered TrueMoney users ONLY.
3. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
   1. The Cashback will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the transaction. Customers will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the Cashback being credited into their TrueMoney app.
   2. Minimum purchase of RM150 is required to enjoy this promotion.
   3. This campaign is not applicable to any spending through DuitNow QR codes
   4. Campaign is valid to TrueMoney members who have performed eKYC via National Identity card (IC) or passport verification on the TrueMoney app ONLY.
   5. Campaign is valid until specified end date or until campaign budget has been fully redeemed, whichever comes first.
   6. Lost or unclaimed cashback that is not claimed within 7 working days of the eligible transaction will be cancelled.
