1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, users (TrueMoney Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services , The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
4. True Money reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period is between 01 April 2026 till 30 April 2026.
2. Eligibility is as per below:
   1. All TrueMoney E-wallet users (Not eligible for TrueMoney employees)
   2. Must be over the age of 18 
3. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
   1. Eligibility to earn entry tickets under this Campaign is strictly limited to Users whose accounts have been successfully verified at eKYC Level 1, any User who has not attained eKYC Level 1 status must complete the required upgrade prior to making any Game Credit purchase, failing which no entry tickets shall be awarded.
   2. Users will earn 1 entry ticket for every RM10 spent using TrueMoney E-Wallet
   3. Entry Ticket will be calculated based on the accumulative purchase of all Game Credits during the campaign period.
   4. Eligible in-app Game Credits purchases include:
      i) RAZER GOLD
      ii) PUBG MOBILE
      iii) STEAM
      iv) GARENA SHELLS
      v) PLAYSTATION
      vi) MYCARD
      vii) UNIPIN
   5. 1 (ONE) winner will be selected by random draw from the total number of entries accumulated during the Campaign Period.
   6. The winner will be announced on TrueMoney‘s official Facebook and Instagram pages.
   7. The winners will be contacted via email/phone call.
   8. Winners will be required to confirm and acknowledge when being contacted, provide proof of identification, contact details and any other relevant details to TrueMoney for the prize acceptance arrangement.
   9. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners do not respond to the email sent by TrueMoney within SEVEN (7) days from the day the email was sent.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. Users who only upgrade their account after making any Game Credit purchase will NOT be credited with any entry tickets for any previous purchases.
2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and is non-transferable.
3. By participating in this Campaign, all users,
   1. consent for TrueMoney to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this campaign and as required by TrueMoney’s Privacy Policy;
   2. consent for TrueMoney to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
   3. grant TrueMoney the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation.
4. TrueMoney will not be responsible for any disputes or claims that arise from user’s failure to receive winners’ notification call or email from TrueMoney, due to user’s fault/negligence, including, but not limited to, wrong email address registered with their TrueMoney E-Wallet which includes shared email addresses.
5. Winners who fail to acknowledge the notification by the required period; unable to adhere to this Campaign’s terms and conditions; and forfeits or does not claim the prize, the prize(s) will be void.
6. TrueMoney’s decision regarding the selection of the winners, shall be final and binding on all participants of this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TrueMoney’s decision on the same.
7. True Money Malaysia reserves the right, at any time to add, delete or amend the Terms & Conditions herein or change or modify any respect of this Campaign, in whole or in part anytime and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to any participant or any other party.
