Terms and Conditions
  1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in the Campaign, Customers (True Money Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. This Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy and Lotus’s Terms and Conditions.
  3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign General Terms and Conditions; (iii) True Money Terms of Services and (iv) Lotus’s Terms and Conditions.
  4. TrueMoney reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers for this Campaign if the Customer has breached any of this Campaign’s Terms and Conditions as well as the other Terms and Conditions mentioned above

Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. The Campaign Period is mentioned in the below table.
  2. Eligibility is open to all registered My Lotus’s Members AND True Money Wallet users.
  3. Customers must scan their My Lotus’s Member QR or Card upon checkout in order to be registered as a MyLotus’s member in the TrueMoney database and receive bonus points
  4. Customers must use the TrueMoney wallet as their payment method in order to be eligible for the bonus points
  5. This campaign is not valid on spending through DuitNow QR
  6. To receive the Bonus My Lotus’s Points, customers must ensure that their registered phone number is the same on both the TrueMoney Wallet and My Lotus’s Membership.
  7. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
    1. Users must spend RM500 and above cumulatively each week to receive the 5,000 MyLotus’s Points
    2. The My Lotus’s Points will be credited to each qualifying customer no more than 48 hours after the end of the week.
    3. One (1) week starts on a Monday and ends on a Sunday,
      1. Week 1: 1st Dec – 7th Dec 2025
      2. Week 2: 8th Dec – 14th Dec 2025
      3. Week 3: 15th Dec – 21st Dec 2025
      4. Week 4: 22nd Dec – 28th Dec 2025
      5. Week 5: 29th Dec – 31st Dec 2025
