1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, users (TrueMoney Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services , The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
4. True Money reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period is between 20 November 2023 till 31 December 2023
2. Eligibility is as per below:

   1. Customers would be entitled to various rewards upon completion of the actions outlined in the table below.

A Cashback Giveaway
a. Cashback will be given for each of the actions completed.

b. For any Random Cashback, the decision to award any user with the random cashback is the ultimate choice of TrueMoney
and final

B Prizes Giveaway

1. Users will earn 1 entry ticket per RM10 spent using True Money E-Wallet based on total accumulated expenditure within the campaign period for all services except for P2P/TrueGift transfer.
2. The winners will be announced on TM‘s website and/or social media channels.
3. The winners will be contacted via email/phone call.
4. Winners will be required to provide their email address in the TrueMoney app, upgrade their eWallet account, provide proof of identification, contact details and any other relevant details to TM for the prize delivery arrangement.
5. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners do not respond to the email sent by TM within SEVEN (7) days from the day the email was sent.

Other Terms & Conditions

• Each TrueMoney Wallet user is only entitled to win ONE (1) prize throughout the entire campaign period.
• TrueMoney reserves the rights to substitute any of the prizes listed in the above table with any other prize of equivalent value.
• By participating in this Campaign, all users,
  • consent for TM to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this campaign and as required by TrueMoney’s Privacy Policy;
  • consent for TM to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
  • grant TM the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation.
• TrueMoney will not be responsible for any disputes or claims that arise from Customer’s failure to receive winners’ notification call or email from TrueMoney, due to Customer’s fault/negligence, including, but not limited to, wrong email address registered with their TrueMoney E-Wallet which includes shared email addresses.
• Winners who fail to acknowledge the notification by the required period; unable to adhere to this Campaign’s terms and conditions; and forfeits or does not claim the prize, the prize(s) will be void.
• TrueMoney’s decision regarding the selection of the winners, shall be final and binding on all participants of this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TrueMoney’s decision on the same.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, TrueMoney reserves the right to amend any of the Campaign Terms & Conditions regarding the winner selection, announcement and prizes fulfilment at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect on the winners in order to avoid undue disappointment.
• Any dispute or non-receipt of the prize shall be submitted latest by 31 Jan 2024 and True Money Malaysia has the right to reject any submission of a dispute after 31 Jan 2024.

A : This campaign starts from 20 November 2023 and ends on 31 December 2023, inclusive of both dates.

Q : Must I be 18 years of age and above to be eligible for this campaign?
A : Yes. One of the eligibility criteria for this campaign is that participants must be 18 years old and above. For the Prize Giveaway, TrueMoney staff are not eligible.

There are mainly 2 sub-campaigns, which are Cashback Giveaway and Prize Giveaway, under this TrueChristmas campaign allowing you to enjoy all the benefits you deserve when you use TrueMoney Wallet.

Q : How does the Prize Giveaway work?
A : To stand a chance to win the grand prize, you will need to actively use True Money E-Wallet in your daily spending to earn as many entry tickets (RM10 per ticket) throughout the campaign period. The more you spend with True Money Wallet, the higher your chances are.

To embrace the TRUE Christmas spirit, TrueMoney is also giving out weekly bonus prizes when you spend a minimum of RM10 during the campaign period. The 15 weekly winners will be chosen based on a random draw.
