1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, users (True Money Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. This Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services , The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order
   (i) This Terms and Conditions;
   (ii)The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and
   (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
4. True Money reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period is between 01 April 2023 till 15 May 2023
2. Eligibility is as per below
   
   1. All TrueMoney E-wallet users over the age of 18 (Not eligible for True Money staff)
3. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
   
   1. Users will earn 1 entry ticket per RM10 spent using True Money E-Wallet based on total accumulated expenditure within the campaign period for all services except for P2P transfer.
   2. The winners will be selected by random draw from the total number of entries accumulated during the Campaign Period.
   3. The winners will be announced on TM‘s website and/or social media channels.
   4. The winners will be contacted via email/phone call
   5. Winners will be required to provide their email address in the True Money app, upgrade their eWallet account, provide proof of identification, contact details and any other relevant details to TM for the prize delivery arrangement.
   6. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners do not respond to the email sent by TM within SEVEN (7) days from the day the email was sent.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. Each Eligible User is only entitled to win ONE (1) prize.
2. TrueMoney reserves the rights to substitute any of the prizes listed in the above table with any other prize of equivalent value.
3. By participating in this Campaign, all users,
   
   1. consent for TM to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this campaign and as required by TrueMoney’s Privacy Policy;
   2. consent for TM to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
   3. grant TM the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation.
4. TrueMoney will not be responsible for any disputes or claims that arise from user’s failure to receive winners’ notification call or email from TrueMoney, due to user’s fault/negligence, including, but not limited to, wrong email address registered with their TrueMoney E-Wallet which includes shared email addresses.
5. Winners who fail to acknowledge the notification by the required period; unable to adhere to this Campaign’s terms and conditions; and forfeits or does not claim the prize, the prize(s) will be void.
6. TrueMoney’s decision regarding the selection of the winners, shall be final and binding on all participants of this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TrueMoney’s decision on the same.
7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, TrueMoney reserves the right to amend any of the Campaign Terms & Conditions regarding the winner selection, announcement and prizes fulfillment at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect on the winners in order to avoid undue disappointment.

9. Any dispute or non-receipt of the prize shall be submitted latest by 15 June 2023 and True Money Malaysia has the right to reject any submission of a dispute after 15 June 2023.

A : Yes. One of the eligibility criteria for this campaign is that participants must be 18 years old and above.

Q : How to earn the entry ticket?
A : It is as simple as “ABC” and “123”. Just spend at any True Money merchants, pay your bills, top up your prepaid credit and/or top up your game credit via True Money eWallet. You will earn 1 entry ticket for every RM10 spent in a single transaction.
