Terms and Conditions

1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, Customers (True Money Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. This Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services , The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
4. True Money reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the Customer has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period is between 1 March 2023 till 22 March 2023 (11:59 PM). After this date & time, no further entries will be entertained.
2. Eligibility is as per below:
   
   1. This Campaign is open to all Malaysians and non-Malaysian residing in Malaysia ONLY and who are above the age of 18 years old. Entries by persons below the age of 18 shall be disqualified.
   2. Employees of True Money Malaysia are not eligible to participate in the contest.
   3. Campaign entries will only be accepted via Facebook.
3. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:

   (Ensure your post is set to public so we are able to view it) and earn another entry
4. Participants will be judged based on the correct answer. A total of 5 lucky winners with correct answers will be selected at random.
5. The winners will be announced through True Money Malaysia’s Facebook page at the end of March 2023 after the campaign ends.
6. Each winner is only entitled to ONE (1) Prize. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
7. Participants stand to win the below prizes:
   • Five (5) winner’s x Two (2) Aurum Passes by GSC (Digital Promo Code)
8. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the contest.
9. The winners will be contacted via Facebook Messenger within Fourteen (14) working days after the campaign ends.
   
   1. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners do not respond within Seven (7) days from the day the message was sent.
   2. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other goods and are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving prior notice.
10. Acceptance of prizes offered constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and picture and/or likeness for advertising/ trade purposes without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Non-compliance may result in an alternative winner being chosen.
11. True Money Malaysia’s decision regarding the selection of the winners, shall be final and binding on all participants of this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TrueMoney’s decision on the same.
12. True Money Malaysia reserves the right, at any time to add, delete or amend the Terms & Conditions herein or change or modify any respect of this Campaign, in whole or in part anytime and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to any participant or any other party.
13. This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to True Money Malaysia and not to any other party.
