A. User Agreement

1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. By participating in this campaign, True Money Malaysia E-wallet application users (“Users”) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by True Money Malaysia in respect of the Campaign shall be final and binding.
2. This User Agreement shall be read together with the Campaign Terms and Conditions, True Money’s Terms and Conditions, True Money’s Terms of Services, as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
3. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by the following order of precedence (i) This Campaign’s Terms and Conditions; (ii) True Money’s Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money’s Terms of Services (accessible in the TrueMoney mobile application under Account → About Us → Terms of Service – eWallet).
4. True Money reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

 B. Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period
   The Campaign will commence on 31 August 2026 at 12.00:00 AM and will end on 16 September 2026 at 11:59:59 PM, both dates inclusive or until campaign budget has been fully redeemed, whichever occurs earlier. 
2. Eligibility
   1. This Campaign is only applicable to newly registered TrueMoney E-wallet users who:
      (i) are legal residents of Malaysia and aged 18 years and above as stated in their Identity Card/Passport (as at 31 August 2026); and
      (ii) have performed eKYC via National Identity card (IC) or passport verification on the TrueMoney app ONLY.
3. Campaign Mechanics
   1. A RM6 instant TrueMoney Credit shall be granted to each new user who successfully completes the e-KYC verification process.
   2. Only applicable for New TrueMoney eWallet Users.
   3. To qualify for the RM6 TrueMoney Credit, new users are required to:
      1. Download the TrueMoney Malaysia app and input the KOL/Promo Code of ‘MERDEKA’ on the registration page.
      2. After registering with the promo code, new users must complete the account verification (e-KYC) process within 48 hours between 31 August to 16 September 2026 via the TrueMoney eWallet to receive the RM6 instant TrueMoney credit in their account.
      3. To complete the e-KYC, go to the Account in the TrueMoney > Tap to upgrade account on top of the page > proceed with the verification process.
      4. Customers who fail or do not successfully complete the e-KYC verification process for any reason will not be eligible to receive the TrueMoney credit. 
   4. The TrueMoney credit will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the e-KYC has been successfully completed.
   5. Users will receive a TrueMoney in-app push notification once the RM6 credit has been successfully credited.

Q&A
Q : How do I claim the RM6 TrueMoney credit?
A : This is only applicable for new user registration, you are required to key in ‘MERDEKA’ in the ‘Promo/KOL Code’ field on the registration page and perform account verification in order to receive the credit.

Q : Why did I not receive the RM6 TrueMoney credit after I registered and verified my account?
A : This may be due to the ‘MERDEKA’ code not being properly filled during registration. Failure to key in the correct code will result in not being able to receive the RM6 free credit.

Q: How do I perform the account verification?
A: Go to the ‘Account’ page in TrueMoney eWallet, and proceed with the account verification process by scanning your Malaysian Identification Card (IC) or Passport from the bar on top.

In the event of any dispute directly or indirectly arising from the Campaign, the decision of True Money Malaysia shall be final.

B. Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period
   The Campaign will commence on 1 Aug 2026 at 12.00:00 AM and will end on 31 Aug 2026 at 11:59:59 PM, both dates inclusive or until campaign budget has been fully redeemed, whichever occurs earlier.
2. Eligibility
   1. All registered TrueMoney E-wallet users who:
      (i) are legal residents of Malaysia and aged 18 years and above as stated in their Identity Card/Passport (as at 1 Aug 2026); and
      (ii) have performed eKYC via National Identity card (IC) or passport verification on the TrueMoney app ONLY.
   2. This Campaign is applicable to purchases made at Lotus’s on or after 1 Aug 2026
3. Campaign Mechanics
   1. A RM6.90 cashback reward (“Cashback Reward”) shall be granted for each qualifying transaction with a minimum spend of RM100 per receipt that satisfies the applicable Eligibility criteria.
   2. The Cashback Reward will be credited to each User within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant transaction, subject to availability. Users will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the Cashback Reward being credited into their TrueMoney app.
   3. Minimum purchase of RM100 per receipt is required to qualify this promotion and payment must be made via TrueMoney E-wallet.
   4. Each TrueMoney user is eligible to maximum of two (2) cashback entitlements, cumulatively across both online and in-store transactions. Limited to one (1) redemption per calendar month.
   5. This campaign is not applicable to any spending through DuitNow QR.
   6. This campaign is not applicable to any spending completed on a Wednesday
   7. This campaign is applicable on top of any other Cashback campaigns ongoing during the campaign period unless stated otherwise.

B. Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period
   The Campaign will commence on 11 June 2026 12.00:00 AM till 11th July 2026 11:59:59 PM, both dates inclusive or until the Cashback is fully redeemed, whichever occurs earlier. 
2. Eligibility
   This Campaign is only open to new TrueMoney E-wallet Users who meet all of the following requirements:
   1. Are legal residents of Malaysia and aged 18 years and above as stated in their Identity Card/Passport (as at 11 June 2026);
   2. Have successfully performed eKYC via National Identity card (IC) or passport verification on the TrueMoney app; and
   3. Enter the referral code “NEWBIZ” as the referral code during account registration. Referral codes entered after registration will not qualify for the campaign.
   4. Users must fulfil all of the above requirements and comply with these Campaign terms and conditions to qualify for the cashback reward.
3. Campaign Mechanics
   1. A minimum spend of RM300 at any Lotus Hypermarket is required to earn the Cashback.
   2. The Cashback will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the transaction. Customers will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the Cashback being credited into their TrueMoney app.
   3. Each eligible TrueMoney User is eligible for only TWO (2) cashback for the entire duration of the Campaign.
   4. Campaign is not valid through DuitNow QR codes
   5. Applicable on top of any other Cashback campaigns ongoing during the campaign period.

   2. The Cashback Reward will be credited to each User within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant transaction, subject to availability. Users will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the Cashback Reward being credited into their TrueMoney app.
   3. Minimum purchase of RM100 per receipt is required to qualify this promotion and payment must be made via TrueMoney E-wallet.
   4. Each TrueMoney user is eligible to a maximum of nine (9) cashback entitlements. Limited to one (1) redemption per Week.
   5. Week in paragraph 3.4 means a period of seven (7) consecutive calendar days commencing on Monday at 12:00 a.m. and ending on Sunday at 11:59 p.m.
   6. This campaign is not applicable to any spending through DuitNow QR.
   7. This campaign is applicable on top of any other Cashback campaigns ongoing during the campaign period unless stated otherwise.
